Zee TV recently returned with its most iconic, longest-running singing reality show that has stayed relevant to music lovers across the country - Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2021. The show has successfully discovered some truly invaluable gems of the music fraternity, including Shreya Ghoshal, Kunal Ganjawala, Kamal Khan, and Amanat Ali, amongst many others. The show started off with a bang, and this season's talented contestants have already managed to impress the viewers. A hot audience favorite is Delhi’s Sanjana Bhatt who often performs with her infant in her arms. The latest on Sanjana is that the talented contestant has bagged a project even before Sa Re Ga Ma Pa has reached its finale. Recently, host Aditya Narayan at the shoot of an upcoming episode, mentioned how Sanjana has lent her beautiful voice to the heartwarming title track of Zee TV's upcoming fiction show ‘Mithai’.
‘Mithai’ tells the story of a girl from Jatipura, UP who zealously wants to carry forth her father’s legacy of making Aaloo Jalebis and wants to turn them into a worldwide phenomenon. While the catchy promo of this upcoming Zee TV show has grabbed eyeballs and got everyone discussing the novel concept of jalebis made from aaloo, it was also the title track that has caught on and impressed all the viewers. But not many know that its is none other than Sa Re Ga Ma Pa contestant Sanjana Bhatt who has lent her voice to this peppy, delightful title track. Sanjana is one of the popular contestants from the Top 7 of the singing reality show 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa', and she has already made her playback debut on television. After her performance, Sanjana revealed how it has always been her dream to record a song in a studio and what it felt like while preparing to sing the Mithai title track.
Talking about the achievement and the song, Sanjana Bhatt mentioned, "The Mithai title track is so catchy and has a joyous vibe to it. It was such an honour to mark my debut with the title track of the show. I have recorded the song for the first time in my entire life, and that too for a fiction show. I was very excited yet nervous at the same time because I never knew what a studio even looked from the inside and how everything worked. To add to my nervousness, it was not an easy song to sing. I am glad my efforts are being appreciated by one and all. I would like to thank Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, for providing me such a grand platform to showcase my talent and that the talent has been noticed so soon as to land me my first project even before the season ends."
