Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra and Sonam Kapoor Ahuja’s lessons on wearing a floral sari

Pastel hues and florals make for a divine combination and Priyanka Chopra seems to agree. For Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas’s wedding celebrations at Château de Torreau in Sarrians, France, the actor took the ethnic route and surprised everyone in a a soft pink pink drape by Sabyasachi that came with intricate floral embroidery.

Deepika Padukone pulled off a white drape featuring large red blooms by Rohit Bal for a wedding while Kangana Ranaut picked a pink number featuring micro florals. Even Alia Bhatt gave her vote of approval to floral drapes as she wore a light yellow sari patterned with pink flowers by Manish Malhotra while attending the annual Ganesh Chaturthi puja at the Ambani's.

On the other hand, Kriti Sanon and Taapsee Pannu presented a contemporary way of wearing the the classic floral drape. While Sanon wore a burgundy ruffled sari by Arpita Mehta, Pannu wore an unconventional dhoti-style sari by Nikasha for an event in the city.
