The kitchen will once again become a fully functional place and not a showcase. Sure, technology will be important, but home buyers will be looking for everyday function, storage and convenience and not the luxury kitchen filled with every imaginable gadget.

While the interior of a home is important, buyers are caring more and more about the location and curb appeal of their home. Because of the recent economy, homeowners are spending more time at home and in their communities and they want their homes to be right in the middle of all of their activities. Whether they like going to the park, enjoy the shops and restaurants nearby or even the shopping, current homeowners want to be where they enjoy spending their relaxation time and they are willing to have less of a home in order to do that.
