Czech lighting giant Sans Souci,renowned for creating tailor-made decorative lighting fixtures, glass objects and architecture features for projects around the world, has launched in India a new statement light – Contour – that holds the promise of beauty and elegance.

Nature is an eternal inspiration for Sans Souci. The creation of this light follows a similar route, and then goes into the fantasy land, drawing up the contours of fantasy. Designer Klara Mikesovaplays with optics and its illusion as she defines the Contour component – the metallurgical glass leaf. The optical décorfollows the veins of a real leaf. An important attribute is the gold leaf edges, which are reflected in the group from the rest. While it looks like the entire leaf is gilded, the fact is, it is only a certain optical magical illusion.

The magnificent light is made up ofa number of hand-blown crystal leaves that are gilded creating a shimmering effect. And come with subtle, yet enchanting colour shades:Crystal and soda & golden edges; Opal shards & golden edges; Smoke shards & golden edges; Smoke shards  and silver mica & silver edges; Amber shards and golden mica & golden edges; Rosalite shards & silver edges; Cobalt smoke shards & golden edges; Cobalt & golden edges.

Drawing on the experiences of past generations of glass-makers, with the quality of work defined by the purely Czech origin of their products, Sans Souci also masters in creating original architectural features, such as railings, stairways, tables, skylights, columns, and others.
